Case History is an audit log for each Verifica process. It records who made what change and when, so compliance teams can review the full lifecycle of a case without relying on informal notes or separate spreadsheets.
What is logged
Case History captures activity across the compliance workflow, including:
- Case events — general actions on the Verifica process (for example, status changes, corrections, document uploads, case closure).
- World-Check resolutions — match review outcomes, risk levels assigned during resolution, and related updates on World-Check dossiers. For the screening workflow, see the World-Check integration guide.
- Risk Matrix changes — edits to factors and indicators, score-related updates, and adjustments on the Risk Matrix or Final Check pages. For the assessment workflow, see How to Generate a Risk Matrix for a Verifica?.
Each entry identifies the user responsible for the change whenever the action is performed in the platform.
Finding Case History
Open the Verifica Details page for the process you want to review, then open Case History (or the equivalent history tab or panel on that page). The log is scoped to that single Verifica case.
Search, filters, and export
Use filters to narrow the log — for example by event type, date range, or user — and locate specific resolutions or Risk Matrix edits quickly.
Use Export to Excel to download the filtered (or full) history for internal audit, quality review, or regulatory record-keeping. Exported data aligns with what you see in the on-screen log.
