VeriAssistant is VeriCasa’s intelligent assistant, designed to guide users through every stage of the real estate workflow. It can clarify questions about required documents, help fill in fields, support contract editing, and provide information on real estate legislation in US, making processes faster, clearer, and compliant.
1. Legal Basis and Real Estate Legislation in US
VeriAssistant has a legal knowledge base and can provide various pieces of information related to property legislation in US. It can clarify concepts, legal obligations, and the regulatory framework applicable to real estate transactions, supporting more informed and compliant decisions.
2. Support in VeriKYC Forms
In the VeriKYC forms tab, when entering any page of a specific form, the user has access to VeriAssistant to clarify questions about the fields to fill in.
In this area, you can:
- Consult VeriAssistant whenever you have questions about the form — for example, which documents are accepted, request filling examples, or ask about the meaning of a field in doubt;
- Ask what was answered in that form;
- Request help filling in the Risk Matrix;
- Make changes directly in the Risk Matrix, with VeriAssistant support;
- Rely on automatic AI pre-filling of the Risk Matrix, based on all responses already provided in the VeriKYC process.
Note: Although the Risk Matrix can be automatically pre-filled, it is always recommended to carefully review the AI suggestions before confirming the final risk assessment.
3. Resolving and Editing World-Check Cases
In the World-Check area, VeriAssistant can support the Compliance Officer in managing cases and matches.
The assistant can:
- Resolve World-Check cases, supporting analysis and decision-making on matches;
- Edit World-Check cases, allowing information to be adjusted and the analysis status to be updated;
- Clarify questions about matches, risk levels, and steps required to complete the review.
Note: Correctly resolving all matches remains mandatory to close the compliance dossier. For more details on the World-Check workflow, see the World-Check integration guide.
4. How to Get the Most Out of VeriAssistant
To obtain more useful and accurate answers:
- Be specific in your question (e.g., missing document, field to fill in, or clause to review);
- Indicate the context of the process (report, contract, KYC, IMPIC, etc.);
- Ask for examples or concrete steps when you need practical guidance;
- Always review the generated suggestions before applying them to the final document or form.
Note: VeriAssistant is a support tool. Responsibility for the final validation of documents, contracts, and risk assessments remains with the user and the entity’s competent roles.
