Correct role assignment in the system is essential to ensure data security and that each collaborator has access to the tools and information necessary for their function. Permission management follows a hierarchical model, ensuring access control based on each user’s responsibilities.
Note (US version): In the United States version of VeriCasa, only one role is currently available. All collaborators are assigned the Compliance Officer role described below.
Compliance Officer
This is the only role currently available in the US version. It has exclusive access to VeriKYC processes.
- Signatures: Generate and access their own signatures.
- VeriKYC: Generate VeriKYC processes, access and view results of all VeriKYC processes in the entity.
