The VeriKYC system adapts to the profile of the operation through two distinct configuration models, ensuring that data collection is always proportionate to the risk and nature of the business.

The availability and variety of forms vary depending on the platform ecosystem version (Original Version or US Version):

1. Original Version

In the original version of the platform, several form package models are available:

Standard Forms:

  • Focus: Exclusively KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
  • Sector: Aimed at the real estate sector.
  • Entities: Available for Individual and Corporate entities.

Fund Forms:

  • Focus: Include KYC and KYS (Know Your Supplier) options.
  • Sector: Allow choosing between Real Estate Investment or Venture Capital Funds.
  • Entities: Available for Individual and Corporate entities.

Venture Capital Forms:

  • Focus: Include KYC and KYS (Know Your Supplier) options.
  • Use: Focused exclusively on Venture Capital Funds.
  • Entities: Available for Individual and Corporate entities.

General Forms:

  • Focus: Exclusively KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
  • Use: General cases.
  • Entities: Available for Individual and Corporate entities.

Trust Forms:

  • Focus: Compliance processes related to Trusts.
  • Options at creation time: In addition to KYC and KYS, there is also the Other option, which should be selected when the purpose of the trust does not fit the other categories.

2. Variation According to the Organization’s Form Type

Depending on the form type configured for the organization, the data and options requested at creation time of the VeriKYC form may vary.

This means that the request modal (particularly for unique links) does not always present exactly the same options — the content adapts to the active form package in the entity.

Example — Trust Forms:

  • In addition to Client Form (KYC) and Supplier Form (KYS), the Other option is available;
  • Select Other when the purpose of the trust does not fit the KYC or KYS categories.

Note: To find out which options are available in your organization, check the active form type or contact the VeriCasa support team.

3. United States (US) Version

For the site in the version intended for the United States, the structure has been simplified and adapted specifically to the local market and compliance requirements:

Note (US version): Currently, only General Forms are available in the United States version of VeriCasa.

  • Available form package: General Forms — exclusively KYC (Know Your Customer) processes for general cases, available for Individual and Corporate entities.
  • Available Forms: One version of the Individual form and one of the Corporate form.
  • Differentiator: Fully customized models in compliance with the North American legal and regulatory ecosystem.

Activating a specific model or migrating the regulatory scope requires an update to the organization settings. To do so, simply contact our support team, which will make the necessary adjustments.
