Verifica supports importing KYC cases that your organization completed before using the platform. Imported records appear on the Legacy KYC Cases page so compliance teams can track review dates and start a new Verifica when a case must be renewed.
Importing existing KYC cases
To import legacy cases, work with the VeriCasa support team. Cases must be shared in a specific Excel format.
If the organization has existing World-Check cases, export them from the World-Check platform. VeriCasa can use that export together with your legacy data where applicable.
Legacy KYC Cases page
After import, open Legacy KYC Cases from the side menu. The page lists all imported cases in a table, including key identifiers and review-related dates.
Open a legacy case to review its stored information. Use Renew KYC when the client must complete a fresh Verifica:
- Renew KYC opens the Request Verifica modal with known information already pre-filled from the legacy record.
- Complete any remaining fields, generate the link, and share it with the client as you would for a new case.
For the standard link request flow, see How to Request, Access, and Fill in a Verifica Link?.
Renewal notifications
Compliance Officers receive website notifications (and automatic emails when enabled in profile settings) when a legacy case must be renewed:
- 14 days before the next review date;
- On the day of the next review date.
For notification settings, see the notifications and profile guide.
