VeriCasa provides website notifications and customization options in the user profile, allowing you to track processes in real time and control how you receive automatic communications.
1. Website Notifications
Notifications can be accessed through the button with the envelope icon at the top of the page.
The user receives notifications when:
Verifica
- An action is required on a Verifica process (for example, when there is a pending item or step to complete);
- A correction form or additional documents are sent to the client;
- There are ongoing monitoring updates.
- A legacy KYC case must be renewed — 14 days before the next review date, and again on the day of the next review date (see Legacy KYC Cases).
Digital Signatures
- A digital signature has been completed successfully;
- A digital signature has been refused;
- A digital signature has been cancelled;
- A digital signature has expired.
Note: Website notifications complement automatic emails, allowing you to track important events directly on the platform.
2. Profile Settings
Access the Profile page through the side menu to manage user preferences.
2.1 Automatic Emails
On the profile page, you can:
- Enable or disable the receipt of automatic emails;
Note: Even with automatic emails disabled, website notifications remain available through the envelope icon at the top of the page.
