VeriCasa provides website notifications and customization options in the user profile, allowing you to track processes in real time and control how you receive automatic communications.
1. Website Notifications
Notifications can be accessed through the button with the envelope icon at the top of the page.
The user receives notifications when:
- An action is required on a VeriKYC process (for example, when there is a pending item or step to complete);
- A signature has been completed successfully.
Note: Website notifications complement automatic emails, allowing you to track important events directly on the platform.
2. Profile Settings
Access the Profile page through the side menu to manage user preferences.
2.1 Automatic Emails
On the profile page, you can:
- Enable or disable the receipt of automatic emails;
Note: Even with automatic emails disabled, website notifications remain available through the envelope icon at the top of the page.
